This document, referred to as the Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”), governs the collection, use, and processing of Personal Information from users (hereinafter “You” or “User”) by BirApps Studio (hereinafter “BirApps Studio”) in connection with the download, installation, and use of the mobile application (hereinafter the “Mobile Application”).
By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile Application, You voluntarily consent to the processing of Your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
1.1. This Policy forms an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile Application. By using the Mobile Application, You fully accept the terms of this Policy.
1.2. Processing of Personal Information may include, without limitation: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer (including cross-border transfer), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, whether or not by automated means.
1.3. The terms of the EULA and any other agreements with the User shall apply to the extent not expressly contradicted by this Policy.
2.1. When using the Mobile Application, the User does not actively provide personal information. BirApps Studio does not collect or store data such as name, postal address, or phone number.
2.2. Personal Information may include the User’s email address or Instagram account provided voluntarily during product surveys for users who have made in-app purchases.
2.3. The User acknowledges that the Mobile Application incorporates third-party software that collects and transmits device identifiers, usage statistics, purchase information, and diagnostic data. Where the User has granted tracking permission (see “Advertising Identifier and Tracking” below), the advertising identifier (IDFA) is also collected and may be associated with the User’s activity in the Mobile Application and with the User’s purchases.
3.1. Translation is performed on BirApps Studio servers. To provide it, audio recorded from the device microphone, together with the resulting transcriptions and translations, is transmitted to those servers and processed there.
3.2. This data is used solely to deliver the translation, speech synthesis, and conversation summary features requested by the User. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
3.3. Microphone access is requested through the operating system and may be revoked by the User at any time in the device settings. Without it, translation features are unavailable.
4.1. On iOS, the Mobile Application requests permission to track through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
4.2. If the User grants permission, the Mobile Application collects the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and shares it with the attribution and subscription providers listed below. This allows BirApps Studio to determine which advertising campaign led to the installation and to measure the effectiveness of its advertising. Installation and purchase events may be reported back to the advertising networks that displayed the advertisement.
4.3. If the User declines, the advertising identifier is not collected and no tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies takes place.
4.4. The User may change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

BirApps Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If such information is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.

Personal Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Data processing systems are periodically reviewed to ensure continued relevance.
BirApps Studio implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in accordance with its internal policies and applicable regulations.
